Legends Alumni House

The first major application of this philosophy will be Legends Alumni Hotel development on or near the campus of colleges and universities. These will be attractive buildings architecturally compatible with other campus structures and include ownership suites - single, double and triple breakout rental units, meeting and party rooms, and indoor and outdoor health and recreational facilities. The hotels will feature the school’s legends from sports and other (medicine, science, politics, etc.) areas of public distinction. They will be recognized appropriately, but the emphasis will be on the alumni sports icons because of the significant interest in sports per se.

Potential Triple Breakout Unit furnished by
 Planning Design Build, Inc.

The school’s alumni sports stars that are still alive and active will be asked periodically to participate in golf tournaments, receptions, homecoming weekends, on-site family competitions, pre-game & post-game briefings, etc. throughout the year. There will be permanent and appropriate recognition of all distinguished alumni with plaques, room names, memorabilia kiosks, etc. The overall theme of the Alumni Legends Hotel will be annual on going sports activity and family fun for dedicated alumni, their families, friends and business associates.

Investors in these facilities will have exclusive access to special and unique privileges such as top tickets (will call center)  to the school’s sports and noteworthy events, periodic briefings with sports coaches, an annual meeting with the college president, a subscription to the monthly "Legends Alumni Hotel" newsletter, discounts on school memorabilia, etc. Each investor will receive a special blazer with a patch incorporating the school’s insignia with the Legend’s mark.

A special feature of this concept is that there will be a revenue sharing formula for the school. This will allow the investor to enjoy both the special privileges of ownership and the knowledge that they are contributing to the schools financial viability on an annual basis. This will be Legends Alumni Hotel’s  basis to obtain campus land for the project at no charge as close as possible to the stadium or center of campus activity.
