Mission: "To develop fundraising partnerships and create strategies that will lead to matching grant opportunities to construct multi-purpose sports
facilities that will lay the foundation to create sports mentoring opportunities to communities by giving young people regardless of social, financial, or physical handicaps, a chance for everyone to play sports."
USAPartners * Sports Alliance consists of leading sports organizations and consulting firms which acts as a catalyst using a matching grant system consisting of cash and in-kind services.
USAP teams up with the network of partners to transform regions into leading youth sports destinations thus initiating community economic development within the region. USAP pools their respective resources to create a matching program to help a community start the funding process. USA Partners * Sports Alliance represents some of the largest sports organizations in the nation.
Through an innovative new partnership with the Legends network, presented by Incognito, over 250 celebrity/professional athletes and coaches will help raise the funding necessary to construct special needs, multi-use, sports facilities. Each facility will have specially designed mentoring programs in which the athletes will play an active role. Legends, which is headed up by former NFL great, Hugh Green, is composed of former Heisman winners and Hall-of-Famers such as: Dan Marino (Miami Dolphins), Julius Ervin (Philadelphia 76ers), Hershal Walker (Dallas Cowboys), etc. Complete list is available at www.we-r-incognito.com.
The partnership with the Legends network has sparked some innovative changes at USA Partners. The concept of an "Legends Alumni Sports Resort & Condo Hotel" has emerged. Currently, in the beginning stages of being funded and built, is this nicknamed: Alumni House. Each Legends Alumni House will be built around the hosting school's historic alumni honoring the school's historic accomplishments and accolades. They will be built using multiple funding streams: bed tax revenue, events, memorabilia sales, etc.
